Annual service and storing
Top up the tank and overinflate the tires. Maybe add some fuel stabilizer or fill up with 98ron, that's what I do. Remember to go over the fuel hose clamps when you bring it out of hibernation again. Also get a breathable cover or make sure there is absolutely no moisture underneath it when you wrap it up, moisture will cause rust... Sent fra min Nokia 7 plus via Tapatalk

Newbie looking into a Japanese Sports car - Should it be a 300ZX???
The two z32's I've owned have been among my most reliable cars. Both where owned by enthusiasts with fairly low mileage and somewhat stock so I guess that helps.... Both of mine have and is used only in the spring/summer months and as a weekend/fair weather cruiser. That said I have dailied it for periods of time, I do the occasional roadtrip (last year to Germany and back) and also a track day or two. Never have they failed me except for one broken injector(manufacturer error on pre 93 tt's) and the stock clutch went out after some breathing upgrades(they barely hold stock power so is to be expected when adding power). The only other downtime has been when installing upgrades so shouldn't really be counted. Parts aren't that expensive in terms of serviceable items i feel. But if you start upgrading then your going down an expensive route that's for sure [emoji16] As far as working on them I don't find it that hard and far from all the "pull the engine memes" you find online. Yeah there's gonna be some soar knuckles but it's mostly just tedious and time consuming more than difficult work. Sent fra min Nokia 7 plus via Tapatalk

Post your boost settings (especially if you have a Greddy Profec B spec 2)
I have stock turbos. Low boost at around 43% which gives me about stock pressure and high setting is 55% I think which is about 0.9 bar. Gain is 4% but I think I need to experiment with a little higher setting as boost does taper off a bit too much at higher rpms. Starting pressure is 0.4bar. adjustable camber arms
Topspeed on mine. How many miles before they "wear" out? I've had mine on for about a 1.5 years, approximately 10k km's. Still tight Sent fra min Nokia 7 plus via Tapatalk

What did you do to your zed today?
Can a rear vibration transfer forward via the hicas Hydraulic lines? Are all pistons in the caliper working correct? Is it any difference if you brake hard or just feather it? Sent fra min Nokia 7 plus via Tapatalk

Electronically adjustable suspension
On the softest settings mine are not much harder than stock. Slightly firmer but definitely not uncomfortable. On the hardest settings they definitely make the car uncomfortable on bumpy roads but for occasional track use its great. Sent fra min Nokia 7 plus via Tapatalk

What oil
Food for thought; why you shouldn't use a 60 weight when the engine isn't designed for it... https://www.opieoils.co.uk/t-car-engine-oil-10w-60-explained.aspx Sent fra min HUAWEI VNS-L31 via Tapatalk

What oil
Mine are always noisy after every winter storage, the remedy is to just get it hot and give it a good thrashing, get some pressure and temperature in it. I've owned two z32's now, same procedure every year. You could always start it up now and then but that's not really recommended either as the temps never get hot enough when idling so you _can_ end up with condensation in your engine which is not good. As for oil Nissan prescribes a 10w-40, most oils in that category are semi synthetic. If you wanna run full synt you could run a 5w-40. No problems regardless, almost any oil sold today will exceed the quality requirements for our engine. Sent fra min HUAWEI VNS-L31 via Tapatalk

Anyone upgraded their alternator?
No that's a 80A so would be a downgrade. 2002-2003 primera P12 diesel yd22 engine. 110A Sent fra min HUAWEI VNS-L31 via Tapatalk

Anyone upgraded their alternator?
The early P12, 2003 or so I believe? 2.2 diesel Sent fra min HUAWEI VNS-L31 via Tapatalk

Anyone upgraded their alternator?
It kept coming back to the early 350z one. 110A. But swap the pulley over and you could use the primera diesel one. Sorry for the late reply Sent fra min HUAWEI VNS-L31 via Tapatalk

coilpack upgrades?
Oh, and I would suspect injectors especially if they are the series 1 injectors, they are prone to failure. I had to replace one this fall and I guess it's just a matter of time before another follows suit... Sent fra min HUAWEI VNS-L31 via Tapatalk

coilpack upgrades?
Because that was 30 years ago. There are better alternatives now. Even Toyota yaris coils have more power than the old Nissan ones. Have heard mixed reviews about the splitfires though, some even saying they don't have more energy than the stock coils Sent fra min HUAWEI VNS-L31 via Tapatalk
