very nice post and very well put people have to remember that we dont go banning for fun, its why we have many comittee and mods, its discussed and voted on and is a very last resort, first a three day then a full if needs be, its the rules that a 3 day banned person musnt re-register under a different name otherwise they will be banned indefinbatly, a lot do this and we still dont ban them even though we know just a pity some people take things further, there is another forum and unfortunatly its like a soap box for the banned and a lot of name calling and insults result and make things worse which is a shame as it hinders any kind of appeal to our comittee and some say we should be partial but its very hard not to become personal when you read some of the comments

nope im a mod and yes after all the comments made about me from simon it is personal, i wont be voting and if the comittee decide to let him back then they have my full backing i said i would ask about jim, but your right he ripped off members so its a big no, but then as jim he did a lot of good things for members and i was merely using him as an example, if we let simon back after an apology then we have to let everyone back if they apologise? cant pick and choose, sorry if i didnt come across properly

simon has been banned temporarily in the past quite a few times and allowed back, and from my point of view it just fuelled his arrogance, im sorry for saying it and i know simon cant defend himself for fear of being banned again but its the truth just because he has come here and apologised doesnt make it all better, maybe some members shouldnt be back for the sake of the forum? It isnt my job to decide and it was only just the other day simon had a big rant on another forum mocking this forum and its admin, then two days later comes back with this long apology, maybe something else is afoot? there are some members i would like to see re apply, one is big jim, i liked his banter but his past exploits as another banned member may not allow, i will ask the comittee if i can contact him to see if he wishes

So accepting someone back whi victimised certain people and drove them from the forum will be good for the club just becuase he has a nice car Maybe if you had been on the recieving end of him you would feel differently

Its not just what you said on here, ive also been shown screen grabs where you have personaly insulted me on other forums, I stuck up for you in the mod sextion many times even though we didnt get on at times I did think that your input regarding the zed was very helpfull You insisted on causing offence to members on here till there was no option but to ban you, it wasnt done lighlty and there was more than enough warnings given and a lot more second chances than most get Wont get into anymore arguments about it, its all im going to say Allan

hopefully get about £800-£900 back if they dint try and stiff me lol its a 51 plate 1.6 focus, nowt flash but i live in a high area of crime apperently and its left on the street

this has been going on a year now and my insurance on the focus is due tomorrow, logged onto admiral (insured with them currently) and noticed they had issued my renewal which was £800 this year down from about £1200 last, quickly rang them and been told the claim was made and no action will be took towards me and that its all sorted and my no claims have been re instated (16 years) asked if they could do better than £800 and they got it to £540 with silly excess, told them i would get back to them, couple of comparison site quotes and got it down to £343 with monthly instalments and £200 excess well chuffed, now to ring the claims dept and get the money back they owe me happy days
