  3. Its about £160 It will fit...with the wire harness...(I havn't fitted one) It is a good idea to switch to the series 2 PTU as it is a better build/construction with a lower failure rate. I dont know if your problem is the PTU or not but this is just info on the PTU. I will send you the link now and you can read the info on the web site :nana2:

  6. This thread supplied to me by HomeBrew shows the knurled section for turning the threaded rod....There is a rubber plastic boot in the way...how do i access this knurled section? http://www.twinturbo.net/ttnetfaq/FAQpages/clutchadjustment.html It also says this....sounds like mine :- BEHAVIOR: Engages too close to floor, may grind when putting into 1st or reverse. REMEDY: rotate rod clockwise (rod is unscrewed from clevis making it longer).
  7. Apparently it had a new uprated Helix clutch fitted 6months b4 i bought it. I have done 11,000 miles in 6 months since.... It was only runnin 10psi before with no filter or chip so it wasnt being hammered as much as it is now... It never slips....i mean never... I can do superb launches and it bites very nicely...not even a hint of a slip... so how could it be the clutch andy???... Im completely baffled How would the heat effect it technically...please explain mate
  8. LINKY NOT WORKING :smash:
  9. ##UPDATE## It works fine if it is cold...a perfect gbox... As soon as its warm/hot it is feckin shat again So Why does the heat affect it??? I have re-bled the system and its still poop. I am unable to adjust the pedal adjustment as:- A)I cant get my head under to see the fookin thing as the pedals are in the way(and yes i was upside down on my back head first into footwell) B)I have no knurled bit to grip...only thread...The knurled bit is just within the recess of the rubber/plastic boot....no way of moving the boot. I have ordered a slave cylinder...Master cylinder kit and a braided hose (BIG thanks to MJP and TOPLESS for sortin stuff in the early hours of the morning) So why is it only affected when its hot peeps?????
