errmmm... I would hope so..lol I dont really know to be honest but their must be an improvement in air flow to the rads and inter coolers. Allthough other venting should be added to get rid of the extra under bonnet pressure

I think because it splits the air current/channel into various directions for added downforce and decreased under car pressure? (ie less air going underneath the car as the spoiler is lower) All though a good undertray and rear diffuser would help with the under car pressure. In touring cars the limit they used to have was 45mm from the floor.... a few used to cheat (alain menu in the renault when it was green) and have a multi position one which could be adjusted in the pits to meet the scrutineers checks at the finish ;)

Its the flat bit of plastic/CFibre/whatever that sits under the front spoiler at the tip of the nose...closest to the ground. Mainly seen and used on the Touring cars or the DTM series ;) In the picture at the top its the black bit on the silver car
