  1. lol....In the words of Ronnie Corbet "Good Evening and Welcome" :D
  2. lol..exactly as said above :D except there is a life long argument about any actual performance increase from BOV's and I still have the fan shroud and viscous coupling fan  :x: TBH...I just luuuuuuuurrrve that noise :nana2:
  3. Would also depend on how frequent the oil has been changed and what grade/viscosity
  4. Im @ 102,000miles... Tubs been @16-17psi for about 15,000 miles (1 year) :hyper: previously was only on about 9-10psi upto about 85,000 Still going strong and no smoke yet :nelson: has been de-catted so if they were gona go theyd of gone when it was decatted id of thought really
  5. Meeee toooo :D I would assume the closer they are mounted to the point of pressure the more accurate/quicker the release point will be ;)
  6. WooooHooooooooo found it :hyper: http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=51903&highlight=engine+lift
  7. Evenin Mowgs :duffer: There is a thread all about this but cant fookin find it  So not alota help really :x: sorry bud
  8. Also its not just "What you know" but unfortunately its mainly "Who you know" ;)
  9.
  10. yup...know what you mean ..they give the size as 7x11" on ebay. yer...should be able to mate...dont see why not....just make a clamp and fixing and Hey Presto...bobs ur nan
  11. ##EDIT## although with the threads coming through the top at least their would be a way of securing the cover :D
  12. hhmmm....yer...those poxy threaded studs are waaaaaaaaaaaay too long arnt they....you might have to either cut the threads down a bit or cut some holes in the cover...the latter would ruin the look though :( You could check to see how short the threads would need to be and if the clamp still fits using a cutdown ice cream tub as a rough guide if you know what I mean?
  13. I know its not chrome but theres this on Ebay:- Carbon look battery cover
  14. Yer...wire brush atttachment to the drill will work a treat on the calipers...(as clarky said) But... If you want to paint them afterwards...then forget it...the wirebrush drill attachment brings it to a gloss polished finished and paint will just run straight off of them :( Trust me..I know...ive done it. Even with the use of brake cleaner...it doesnt work :( A dip tank is the only way to remove the crud and have a paintable finish at the end. If your after cleaning the seals then a brake cleaner or use brake fluid to clean em up...then wash off with brake cleaner... At the end of the day... I gave up and went for a full recon/upgrade
  15.   No probs...just didnt want you payin £900,000.00 over the odds ;)
  16. ###EDIT###I took too long to type this one..u beat me to it ZXally  I think its actually listed as One Hundered Thousand Pounds Not 1Million.. 1 Million would be 1,000,000.00 As ebay lists the decimal place for the pence using a fullstop/decimal point such as this . but the seperation of the upper figures they use a comma , So One Hundered Thousand Pounds = £100,000.00 or for One Million Pounds its = £1,000,000.00 I think thats right anyway...someone please correct me if ive fooked up

FPMSL  This thread just gets better and better
  18. Looks like someone trying their luck :( Only plates worth that are "A 1" or "V8" prefix's
  19. I'll be leaving the missus then  (im lucky enough to have the contacts for material/parts at a pittance of the UK usuall cost...and have a man that can) :duffer:    I think youre right there bud :wack:
  20. Just a wee pull to the left.... Think my tyres need replacing again as this is what sorted it last time it pulled. Which means my geometry must be out...but fear not...lol..I have various suspension components to be fitted to rectify that..... But I do know the tyres when they get low can make it feel like this :( Another thing for you to check before replacing much is to make sure the brake calipers are not seizing on or not releasing properly..this would also cause you the problem. :smash: You can check by looking for uneven pad wear ;) and also..yes...uk road cambers have got worse over the last 5-10 years
  21. You can buy the reflective backing....I have a stick-on plate made from this ;) I got the material from sign makers/printers and they cut the digits for me...used to work their so got it made for nowt :D Ita larger than Id ideally want but pretty near on legal spec and never been stopped for it. It doesnt look quite such a contrast with all the black digits on... its just that I psp'd em off for posting I would never dream of fitting a plate in the way of the air-flow....Why would anyone want to decrease the air-flow? :smash:
  22. SNAP Got exactly the same problem Si :( I fitted another MAF as my old one had failed and have had this problem ever since.... Prehaps I needed to reset the ecu to accomodate for the MAF? Havnt got the foggiest what I should do really
