Hey all I am starting to look for a new job and have my CV and such in place, but what i want to find out is could my hair cut put employers off? I like to shave my head on a 0.5-1 which is damm short if anyone didnt know, I do it because thats how i like it but i do have hair to re-grow :punk: So comments please, should i re-grow or is it ok these days and people wont think im a skin head nazi :gun_bandana:

As i still getting to grips with my Z I wanted to know when does eveyone else check there oil level? if i check it from cold its about half way up the mark but if i warm it up then check its reads full, so i left it for 20min and still reads full.... which reading should i be working off? cheers
