If it was my money I'd change the ptu first, they can cause it to cut out and not start when they get hot :)

I was playing about with scantech just seeing what it can do so it was on idle for a while, so it was when I was testing the O2 sensors and held the rpm at 2grand then let off the smoke went past the window, as I said I've had the odd puff when I nail it hard. She hasn't used a drop off water or lack power or misfire, also I have an x system so it came from both sides, no gunk or funny smells? I hoping it was from just where I was playing about at idle doing tests ?

While messing about with my car today I noticed White/grey smoke coming out of her, i've not noticed it before I've had a few puffs if I nail it but that's all. The only work I've done was I changed the fuel reg (second hand) as it was leaking. Does it sound like PCV valves or somthing else???

I have seen that if the rear gear box mount is crap it will cause problems aswell??

I've got 265/40/18s dunlops on the back with plenty of tread, it has been lowerd but not done by me so im not sure on the make, hicas still in use? its an est but shes ment to be around 340bhp

Does anyone elses Z try and kill them in the rain? Not had my Z long and the weather has been mostly dry, well we had a drop of rain the other day and i was in 4th doing about 40mph put my foot down abit and the arse end was everywhere. So is it my set up or does anyone else have this trouble?
