  6. where are these pics man?
  7. get a punch, center it on the stud and go get a HSS bit which is around the same size as the stud and just drill it out.
  8. sweet, i bought some dynamat xtreme for when my car returns as its just too freakin loud in the cab :sneaky2:
  9. epic build epic car. Epic. Want mine done now
  10. The one on the left looks identical to my release bearing that came with my tt clutch
  11. Nothing bodymech has it locked away :boat:
  12. Im going with the aem system soon too as i need to reduce intake temps. Will like to see how you use it and what gains you get.
  13. Well im having the capri bulge but now because ive bought a supercharger were going to use the same bulge but move it further forward i think.. Who knows..
  14. I also have them. My brief time using them they have been good, wet use isnt brilliant but my alignment is all over the shop
  15. Sweet work there, makes me glad i took mine to him, You dont happen to have any pics of it? Haha
  16. Bet you would lose a lot of depth in the paintwork with a wrap over it. Rather have the chips
  17. You worried about the spokes clearing the caliper? My equips wouldnt clear then but most other wheels would.
  18. Yeah the discs are good, i have carbotech xp8 pads on and they are pretty savage. I just got the regular discs, if they get some surface corrosion on them i just give the brakes a bit of using. I have 18x9.5 up front with et28 (i think) and a 20mm spacer on as the spokes never cleared the caliper. They only just clear now. On the rear are 18x11.5 with a et35 offset.
  19. Wel stuff has been going on but havent done any updates due to new house and job... First off i have a mondo interior to match my evo9 recaros which is lush!! I have had lots of work done but you are only having 2 pics so far as it isnt fitted... Secondly my car is now with alan at bodymech which i cannot wait to see the end result of! Heres the first teaser pic he send me And thirdly but definitely not least eric at performance vh is doing me a new intake manifold along with other gubbins to adapt this onto my engine... Stay tuned ;)
  20. Adjust your iacv, if that doesnt work do a vac test of your plenum to engine. My v8 had a crazy high idle with plenty of smoke which turned out to be a shitty lower plenum gasket sucking air. Replaced gasket and bobs your mothers brother... Ran sweet as nut.
  21. Get a multimeter on your starter buddy, get someone to turn the key and see if you get some juice down the control wire as the supply should be primed with 12v all the time. If that dont work get on the back of your ignition barrel.
  22. By ignition, do you mean crank? Does your starter motor click when put to start?
  23. I have back boxes on my vh45de but they are pretty useless... I get near 101db in the cab Tbh it sounds awesome, but for a long drive its pretty soul destroying.
