my damaged zed
And also because we have a majority of members who voted for the rules in the first place and are happy with the result. Some of whom have been known to click the "report bad post " button.:) And the result of all this is that we have a relatively vibrant and trouble free buying and selling forum. Long may it continue.

might put my zed on ebay
I would say there might be £1500 in it as a breaker. It will take you around a week to strip it and six months to sell the stuff. You will need a spare garage/shed to store it all. And the requisite tools/skills to strip it. nobody will want to tavel to pick anything up so you will have loadsa extra hours arranging shipping. Then half the people who said they want bits will change their mind or will ask if they can pay next week, next month etc cos their paypal is broke! Nobody will want your panels cos they arent a stock colour. There are breakers all over the place now and more parts for sale than buyers for them so prices have fallen dramatically. i have just skipped 5 doors and 2 tailgates cos nobody ever wants them. One bloke didnt even want to travel 15 miles to get a door.

the finished N/A subframe
Yep! ... Well I reckon anyway. Output from the g box is the same and then the prop will be the correct diff fitting to mate up to the NA diff. And I know where there is a nice NA frame and fittinga already poly bushed:cool:

catback systems?
actually it doesnt matter . divorced systems work really well especially on an NA.;) thats fine on a turbo driven car where the turbos help exhaust gas expusion . On an NA you need a low pressure expansion box nearer the engine to assist gas speed, especially at lower revs. Failure to have on in the system will reduce power output at the lower end of the rev range when gas speeds are low.

r230 4.1 diff
Exactly! May involve grinding a new shim to the correct thickness.

Whats it worth???
And honesty is always the best policy. So mybe just add ONO to that £1500 and put it up for sale. only time will tell you if its acheivable. If not then you will have to take less. And you wont get anymore for it in parts as the market is saturated with breakers.

wanted spoiler
Well if you do want a stock spoiler I have one knocking about Its grey at the moment. So it will need sanding down and repainting your colour. A couple of studs are broken but you dont really need them if you bond it on. Plus you have filled in the stud holes!! PM me if interested... Its cheap!

Clutch issues
Just fitting a new friction disc will probably fix it for a while. Long enough to save up for an RPS kit.. Not an ideal situation but I here what you are saying re costs. When it comes to doing a "proper job" when funds allow. I would buy a fully matched kit from one source not go looking to mix n match. Thats IMO of course. No doubt someone else will disagree:)
