Same method used here. "what i did was put the mounts on and left the bar off. re fitted the plastic covers and thumped them where the mount hits., this leaves a mark on the underside and then i use a hole cutter to cut out the right size hole"

Sorry incorrect the front is 9.5 x 17 with positive 24mm offsett link on spec below. So you should be able to run them as long as you keep the rolling diameter the same by the inch up system Allan http://www.ameanz.com/upgrades/wheels.htm

My Strosek wheels are 9" fronts and 10 rears, I will look up the offset for the front for you Allan
