Stereo wiring....
Red: Accessory...would I use that for ignition feed?? = switch ignition feed Blue: antenna = correct Pink/Black: Audio interrupt lead...what's this for? Does it mute if the system is connected to phone or satnav? = mutes audio when secondary equipment is in use ie phone Blue/white: remote turn-on...what's this? = remote switch for amps (low current) Yellow/blue: Parking brake... = for dvd/vid interupt to insure car is stationary to view you get better quality conectors from electrical wholesalers/ rs components hope this helps also you want a proper crimp tool!!! Wheel offset
When you increace the diameter of the wheel you have to deceace the profile of the tyre to keep the rolling diameter the same, or as near as can be. This will keep your speed readings correct at the clock. becomming wider will effect the offset but a 10" or 9.5 will not effect the offset that much You have to do the math working on the standard off set to where the outer rim will be. remember if you have a smaller offset or negetive it will push the outer rim outwards

Wheel offset
It has more grip thats for shure, as for geometry, just a small amount of change as you are making the swinging arm longer so your camber will change very slightly but no enough to worry about. The problem occures when you lower as the geometery changes a lot, that is when you need ajustable camber arms to put it back in to tollarance to stop tyre wear and over/ under steer faults. I hope this helps, it might be better if you tell me what you want to do and I will tell you the out come of your actions. Allan

Wheel offset
On a wide arch the difference between the front track and the rear is 60mm per side.
-
Wheel offset
Dose it worry you that on a three wheeler the wheel tracks dont line up?
-
Wheel offset
no the lines are different but not enough to worry about

Stereo wiring....
Si if you had the pair in your hand you would know, The electrical grade crimp has a standard as it has to carry a spesified load, so tolarances are better
-
Wheel offset
My offsets are +24mm front, -31 rear, this makes no difference, it only increeces grip and handling due to the increace in footprint on the rear width
-
Stereo wiring....
Andy I think si means crimp bullets, Si you need to use electrical grade not cheep automotive ones from halfords
-
Stereo wiring....
Si Make shure all live feeds on the loom side have female on so there can be no earthing of +12v
-
Stereo wiring....
List all your wires and I will tell you where they go
-
Stereo wiring....
Blue cable runs a relay with +12v and up goith the arial

Stereo wiring....
Si do you want me to wire it for you?

Wheel offset
Positive offset will push the outer rim into the car and negative will push the outer rim out of the car. Zero offset will put the centreline of the wheel directly on the mating face of the hub.

Its hit £5.00 a gallon!
Taken from PH Wednesday 12th March£5 GALLON MILESTONE REACHED Service station now forcing drivers to pay £5 a gallon The price of petrol has hit £5 a gallon at a motorway service station for the first time, it as been reported. It is understood that a service station on the M40 reached the milestone after selling petrol at 110.9p for a litre of unleaded, over the 110p threshold for a £5 gallon. Although fuel has reached £5 before in smaller petrol stations this is the first time drivers have no choice but to pay, as it is at a motorway services. Motorists will have to wait until later today to see if Chancellor Alistair Darling chooses to increase the price of petrol further through higher taxes. It is estimated that petrol is 17p a litre more expensive than a year ago and now costs an extra £8.59 to fill up an average 50-litre fuel tank. The AA claims motorists are paying £18.41 a month more for petrol than the same period in 2007.
