Odd boosting problem...
Wondering if the det sensor or harness is breaking down when it gets hot. You need to do a ecu check. If you went into safty boost it should stay in SB untill its cleared from the memory or a multitude of engine starts (35 i think) wipes it out. Just thought if you have had the batt disconected for more than 20 mins it will also reset the ecu. Allan

Shredding software
I have been given a 100gb harddrive but I dont know what has been stored on it in the past or where it has come from. It has been formated and windows 2000 installed, but I want to get rid of any previous data on this disc just for my own security. If I fdisk the drive and format it and then install xp on it will this be enough to protect myself. Or do I need put some shredding software through it and then do the latter. I have never shredded data so I dont know what is the program to use, or how to do it. I have been lent a USB to IDE cable so I can do it off another pc. Any advice would be great!! Thanks Allan

Component speakers...worth the upgrade?
Yes its just a box or capasitor, and the tweeter is only about 20 diameter

Component speakers...worth the upgrade?
No these are add on so you wont need an amp, just piggyback them off the existing door speakers, they will come with a crossover to stop low frequencys getting in to them. I never got as big as this, not for the want of trying just never had the dosh! This is just the drum fill!!(so the drummer can hear himself!!)

Component speakers...worth the upgrade?
Got to be totaly frank, car audio isnt really my think as there is too much going on in the car, ie flex, vibration, noise etc my thing is really large PA and night club systems. I ran a small pa company for many years and manufactured systems incorporateing ATC, RCF, JBL, Gausse, EV, and Emmence drivers. So I come from a slightly larger background but its all transferable basics.
