So you've already had dye in the system but they couldn't find anything? I'd hate for you to change all the o rings only to find it still does it, and there's a leak in the condenser or something!

Are you losing pressure, is that why you are changing them?

Very nice Dave! When I upgraded mine I improved the airflow OUT of the coolers dramatically, people seem to forget about air having to travel through and out the back,, I relocated my washer and overflow bottles, removed all the unwanted crap round there and louvred the arch liner.
