  1. could well still be the AFM, mesh or no mesh it would still operate the same. Try cleaning the element (gently) with some brake cleaner or similar, then try it.
  2. nice one, I have considered getting one but not sure I can let go of my alfa LOL :D
  3. good job there's word censors LOL
  4. I obviously don't like you LOL :chinese: :tt2:
  5. anyone got a link? :blushing:
  6. b*stard beat me to it LOL :gun_bandana:
  7. heres a link to a good page which should have all the answers, its a fantastic website if you've never seen it before (but you probably have lol) http://s95014253.onlinehome.us/63104/197828.html
  8. blimey! damn good stuff John! :D
  9. thats it, I was watching it but forgot about the auction. znut has the same bumper as you davie, but I think the reason yours looks so good is because the positioning of the number plate ;) sorry quavey I didn't quote it very well lol.
  10. as far as I know - removal of any aspect of the AIV shouldn't mess anything up - so it shouldn't bring up a fault code etc. It'll be doing naff all anyway if you have bunged up the exhausts. Again with the EGR system if it is unplugged it will just mean that it is not operating as it is solenoid controlled.
  11. It weighs far too much now you've fitted that terrible front bumper ;)
  12. very nice, guess the offer is over now lol
  13. no snow in Lincoln
  14. fookin hell, bit snowy! :)
  15. erm.... He can't spell scratches, or channels... or component, no use of capital letters... and in picture 2 there's a load of rubbish on?
  16. I agree with Damo... certainly 'appears' to be a good'un, tell him you want to test drive it and give it a damn good coat of looking at. Fairly standard looking but huge potential, and well under budget for a nice set of dishy rims :D
  17. yeah they should fit, those models are both 5x114.3 Nice looking wheels, good price. 0 feedback though. Watch out  Do you want brand new specifically? theres a seller called japandyno on ebay, he's in Japan and sells loads of nice import wheels at reasonable prices. for example here's some for sale at the mo, these would look gooooorgeous: obviously I'm not sure if they will fit a non-wide arch but you get the picture of the sort of wheels he sells.
  18. + about 400 on here
  19. Thanks for the input guys - I had some G3 in the garage that my mate gave me ages ago - it only comes out on special occasions lol... within 5 minutes the whole centre panel has gone from being a murky ancient looking relic to looking brand new! so thanks again, and a thumbs up to G3 compound to anyone who needs to do theirs! :D
  20. Not all cheap zeds are bad, so don't let it put you off. You have a nice low mileage example there, just suffered in the hands of neglect for a while but it will live to fight another day lol. The silver Z in my sig cost me £420, which later got broken for spares and soon paid for itself, then I brought the red one for £800 which was also funded by the money made breaking the silver one. Not to mention all the other goodies I've brought too.... ;) So you're on to a winner either way... ;)
