  1. I guess what we need is an airfield and loads of cones.
  2. They do move Pete, forward to rev their engines and maybe pop to the burger van.
  3. Yeah this is what I mean, hicas doesn't extend any confidence. I've got used to it but it can make the car easily unpredictable, causing over correction. Do we know what the weight loss is?
  4. Yeah that's the one Pete, gets confusing doesn't it. Different things same name. I was hoping you would have some positive input.
  5. Not sure if this is the right section, but il pretend it is. I've been thinking for a little while about this, the yanks seem quite keen on it and few clubs are turning up around the uk. For those that are unfamiliar with what autocross is, it's a times point to point race through a series of cones, usually in a flat surface. The cars usually required to be road legal and to have arrived under their own steam. So what's so good or different about it I hear you ask? Well price is the main thing. Costs are low due to it being able to be organised on a flat surface with permission, no track day costing. Lower speeds, shorter tracks and massive run offs mean that the car doesn't have to be so high spec. Equally if it goes wrong you run over a cone instead of slamming into the wall or gravel trap. Low cost and low risk, no excuse not to then really. How does this work with the club then? Well basically what in proposing is we organise a club day, damn good excuse to socialise and actually use the cars. Less McDonald's, more car enthusiast. Obviously it would be a summer idea. My two questions... Who would be interested? And more importantly how would we get the ball rolling?
  6. Agh thought it was real life stuff lol
  7. Neither car is running hicas is it? Just wondering how much gain is had from it being fully deleted.
  8. Just remove it with the drive shaft and save yourself Agro.
  9. I love how no ones doing any work hahaha
  10. I wonder how long it will take before they start kicking off about how it's terrible for your brain and will turn you into a murderer.
  11. Drill a hole in the inner wing, then use the Aiv/egr mounting bracket to mount the full tube. You would have to play around really. Doubt the stock one would work.
  12. I expect they deliberately changed to a tt bumper so it looked like a tt. Same reason people whack an m badge on there beamer.
  13. Washer bottles easy just use the provision for where the Aiv used to be.
  14. I saw this... http://www.amsmotorsports.com/shop/ind/300zx-z32/ams-coolant-overflow-tanks-rhd-z32.html Then thought about it more. When I saw the expansion bottle in my new van I put the two ideas together. You would have to pop to the scrappy with a tape and see what you rustle up.
  15. Awesome, where from and what sorta damage? Is it every last damn bush?
  16. Ah yeah I can see your feet, it's like playing where walley with this tiny screen.
  17. Have you thought about relocating it up next to the bettary? Use something plastic and modern as a header tank, that way the fluid check is visual, it would also improve the airflow over the intercooler and brakes due to the declutter.
  18. Did you buy a complete energy suspension box?
  19. It looks like someone is cowering behind that yellow bag. The pictures quite small as I'm on my phone.
  20. Mine was doing this turned out I had a little bit of crap caught in the cap so it wasn't seating properly.
  21. I'd be interested to have mine on a weigh bridge she's lost a few lbs with the air con all completlt stripped and the usual deletes and not gained any from Chav tastic steros. Wheels are the low point for me as they are cheap and heavy. I'm not prepared to loose te interior though.
  22. And you've still got a lower power to weight than a Lwb auto tt :p just jesting with you Pete.
  23. From here Pete it looks like Paul is working the other two are supervising and Noel's having a breakdown.
