When you quoted the delivery price earlier I was working out if it would be viable to go and collect in person. No waiting for it to come and you can check the order whilst you load it. Seems sensible, especially given the sums of money involved.

I think this is a good thing. Like has been said, I'm sure these bans were deliberated over long and hard by the people who decide such things and were only implemented as a last resort.
