  1. Gutted for you mate. I've had this happen to me with a previous car so know how you feel. I'm not one for violence but if i'd have got hold of the little fockers i'd have broken everyone of their robbing/vandalising fingers. Unfortunately the way this country is, the lowlife scum have no respect for someones hard earned property/possesions. Instead of admiring the fact somebody has worked hard to be able to afford a nice house/car etc. and look upon it with respect they choose to take their jealousy out on the honest, hard working people amongst us who get up every day and work our nuts off to be able to have nice things. Really makes my blood boil. Hope you get it sorted, and its not too bad. I know it can drag you down and make you feel 'what's the point?' but don't let the scum win. All the best, Daffy.
  2. Paradise City : guns n roses.
  3. JeffTT posted about some batteries a short while ago. Good quality Bosch ones specifically for Zeds. Contact Zedworld fella. You'll get the right battery at the right price. HTH.
  4. Well done that man. Nice one mate.
  5. Just gets better and better mate. Looking fab, attention to detail is stunning. Nice one.
  6. Looking good mate. Both the lights and the car, very nice indeed.
  7. Well played Alan. Nice one.
  8. Not to my taste by any means but can appreciate the 'of its period' charm and craftmanship. Any tiled/timber floor is slippery when wet surely?! And the cieling could be fire checked from above, between the joists if the floor was lifted. Fair play to you for sticking to your guns. Work you did on the front looks good too :thumbup1:
  9. You scrapped your car just because it was cold? Strange!!:innocent:
  10. It was a bit more involved than that but that's how I finally ended up owning one. Best drunken purchase ever. I'd wanted one for years but could never justify the owning/running costs. I was right about the costs but every time I drive it or even look at it, all costs become irrellevent. :online2long:
  11. Got drunk, went on fleebay and pushed the dreaded 'buy it now'!!!
  12. That's well good. Wish I'd used this before I ruined my wheels and the look of my Zed!!!!
  13. :punk::thumbup::thumbup1::clap:
  14. Cheers guys. As you've probably gathered I'm pretty clueless. Phone call to Silverbullet it is then. Just want to sort any little niggles as they occur. Nice one.
  15. 90 miles for 35quid isn't far off what i get as an average. I just thought this was the norm? As said, just let the thread run dude. Start another about possible reasons for poor MPG if you feel yours is way below average. Two good threads for the price of one, happy days.
  16. So is overfuelling/running rich related to a knackered/worn FPR? Sorry for being a dumbass and thanks for the help. :helpsmilie:
  17. I get roughly 3miles to the pound, 50 quid equals 150 miles. Don't know what mpg that is though?! Always use momentum or Vpower. Like pretty much all of us I didn't buy it for it's economy, it's thirsty but fun.
  18. 9 years?!!!! Fair play to you. Still make you smile?
  19. As above really, car smells quite heavily of fuel (this is according to others as i have no sense of smell!) and the rear bumper is quite blackened above the exhausts. I've been told the FPR needs replacing, does all this sound related and if so how easy/much to rectify? Thanks, Daffy.
  20. Why waste time worrying/stressing about other peoples virtual status'? Delete them all and let them get on with it.
  21. That should be okay for now, gives me a few things to be getting on with. Going to be a busy day rectifying all that lot!! :lol
