have u unplugged the maf ? if not try that see what the idle is like then.

Today was a brilliant day i've finished all the welding, sadly it was dark when finished so pictures looked dark, next up filler and make it look pretty and then replace the front pads the list is getting smaller ?

Welcome to the club there a couple of good video on utube the guy removes the complete aerial unit and on the other replaces the actual metal extension part of the aerial

I had a hesitatation on the car u pressed the accelerator and there was a delay it was only small but i did notice it and checked everything and it was intermitant so was hard to pinpoint anyways turns out it was my maf even thou it appeared good from voltage and conzult did'nt show anything.

o wow would be nice to get my aircon back ?

love the back end why cant the guy who did the back of the car, did the front or was he having a bad design day when he got to the front need some aftermarket bumpers to sort out that awful front very underwelmed.

car should run in limp mode ive just replaced my maf as it was fubared

well started work on repairing the sill, slow going as its so dam warm, put my replacement maf on today and the car is sounding fine again :wheelchair:

well car is idling like a dog could'nt find a vac leak so tool the maf of and it idles smooth at 750rpm so get the multimeter on the maf, its 0.39v on ignition and should be 0.8v if i've read that right and on idle its giving 1.28v which is well in the middle of 0.8v-1.5v so hmm any thoughts chaps ? or suggestions i've cleaned the connections theres no corrosion on any of them which i couldnt believe .... so still thinking the maf is maybe half dead :hammer:
