£205 to tax the Zed!!!!! robbing t***!!!
Its £205 to tax anything over 1.6 litres at that age so we should really count ourselves lucky we are only paying that for a 3.0 TT flying machine

Renault-Nissan and Daimler Alliance
I must disagree with that statement. Renault make some of the best engines available for mainstream cars in my opinion. I'll go as far to agree that their electronics leave a bit to be desired sometimes but I've seen Clios with 200k on the clock. As far as Nissan goes, sales have only got better since Renault/Ghoson became involved so it is anything but going down the pan. The Z car was reborn, the GTR is magnificent and the whole current lineup (bar maybe the Cube) are strong sellers.

Gran Turismo 5 review coming soon!
Depends where you read your reviews, alot of sites are sent a goody back from developers to inflate the score. I owned/worked for a large xbox 360 site and I gave GTA IV a score of 9.2 out of ten when it was getting perfect 10/10 scores from 95% of 'corporate' websites. I have been bribed a few times from said developers but always resisted. Oh and steevo, that would be Duke Nukem forever (the length of time it has been in development).

Spoiler question
Decision made, brake light is going. I just love the finish that perspex strip/99 spoiler gives compared to the rotting mess I have now.
-
Spoiler question
Am I better off dumping the brake light? I'm not bothered about having one anyway tbh.

Spoiler question
Next month I will be sorting out the bodywork on my new Z and the finish I want is exactly the same as the following picture. I know its the 99 spec rear spoiler, but also I think I need to buy the perspex strip below it along with the 'Nissan Fairlady Z' and 'Twin Turbo' decals. I seen the perspex strip on that very site, but its only listed as 'without brake light'. Now - I have a high level brake light so does this mean I lose it? Or can I source a perspex strip with an insert for the light? Also, does anyone know where I can source that exact fairlady Z decal to finish off the strip and also the twin turbo decal for the other end? Hope you guys havent been asked this question too many times... Thanks in anticipation. -SC

new zeds??
I could probably dig some out from the 90s quite easily as we run the same POS program that was installed in 1995! Bound to be a few M-registered ones floating around on the system.
-
new zeds??
Agreed. We have only sold two 370Zs since ive been with Nissan. One was to a doctor - the other a hairdresser. No lies.

new zeds??
So hopefully in about 20 years time we will be able to pick up a 370Z for 1-2k

The WORST car classifieds...
I'm just glad that most of the time these people do this sort of 'modding' to a car I already hate. I would be devestated to find a job like that done to a car I love such as a Z or MR2 Turbo.

The WORST car classifieds...

EX MR2 turbo owner now looking to get into a 300ZX TT
Well the car went into the workshop today and the whole front end stripped down. Changing water pump, hoses going to the pump and thermostat along with aux belts. I aim to take more clear pics of my progress with the car but this is how it looks before I have done anything to it: Sorry about the quality, iphone camera.

EX MR2 turbo owner now looking to get into a 300ZX TT
Its ok mate its just one of those things! Thankfully it happened 10mins from my dealership so i limped there. The water pump still works but obviously need a new one now otherwise no fan! Still delighted with the car and both you and your mate were a pleasure to deal with.
