I had it all working, it only went pair-shaped when I put all the dash back together...

I think a previous owner has already done that to be honest, from what I remember earlier

Ok earlier on I installed a new head unit which was working fine until I put all the dash back together only to find it wouldnt power on. Also my pillar pods were not lighting up anymore either. So I checked the fuses and the top right (which I believe is audio) had blown. I replaced it and now the gauges in the pillar now light up again but my stereo doesnt work. I've had a look at the ISO and it looks ok, and I have also checked the fuse on the back of the headunit. The strange thing is the electric aerial activates when i plug in the ISO and goes back down when I unplug it from the headunit. But no power to the headunit. I've also tried three separate head units. No joy.

Took some pics of mine and Matts new Z earlier on, both have bodywork that needs attention but all in good time...then there will be better photos! Matts new car is the LWB TT J registration.

Is the drain about halfway down the pillar then as this would explain why its resting near the oil pressure gauge?

I have aftermarket pillar gauges fitted and recently there has been a load of water/liquid coming from the oil pressure gauge. Now now my initial thoughts are leaky roof, so the water is running down the pillar into the gauge units. But I noticed the water is a bit dirty earlier on so I thought I would ask the question how the oil pressure gauge works? Is it electronic (i.e from a sensor) or is it hydraulic (hence why I'm getting pumped a load of water into the cabin). This is what I have:-
