  1. well mine is up for grabs so feel free to contact me lol... but if yours is the silver one in Broadgreen area, I would leave it personally... its too nice to mess with
  2. Used them fine in the past mate, operating system is windows 7 and the browser is the AOL browser I have used for years, also running norton internet security.... In work on late shift all this week but hopefully available after 6 next week... that would be great if you are able to remote look into it... cheers.
  3. Very likely, that was the cars last blast with the wings west front on... it was in the bodyshop thurs/fri/sat
  4. Well after a good few months of work and trying a few things out (Like a wings west front end) we decided that nissan made these cars look too good in the first place (not the best advert for selling the mad front nosecone lol). So L 300TT came back from the paint shop again today and has the standard front back on and is looking oh so shiney and brand new... the only mods now are the HID headlamps and angel eyes and the super cool BSCC black wolfrace wheels.... pics to follow as soon as I get the forum working properly.
  5. My missus said the same an so I have now signed on via a different PC, still I can only reply via the advanced option but all other member benifits are out of use
  6. thanks for trying but sadly I am on windows 7 now and not a computer expert.... So it looks like I am leaving the forum (every other forum I am on works fine) Goodbye all and keep the tenner... apologies to anyone who was after parts for sale... look on e bay and gumtree for local ads in the wirral.
  7. Still nothing but now noticed I am reciving private messages but am unable to reply to them (I have just signed on about 8 times just to post this) ...... fed up now :helpsmilie:
  8. just put them onto the roof rails and in the a pillar chanells without any sealant, however the front outside corner of the T top seals come with some sticky stuff already on and it was not enough so I used sikaflex to stick these corners down and its worked a treat.
  9. Yes no problem mate, whatever it takes to sort it out (wanna get some parts advertised lol) Oh and dent forget to send me new login details :-)
  10. Well, an update..... After cringing at spending £670 this last week L 300 TT now has brand new T top seals and new T top drain hoses. After waiting a week for the parts and then a day of lots of swearing fitting them (the T top seals are easy but the drain hoses are a complete nightmare) the car has been left out in a lot of rain over the last 3 days and has had absolutely no water ingress at all. Pleased does not even begin to explain how happy I am, Money well spent???? ABSOLUTELY WITHOUT A DOUBT.
  11. I renewed my subscription the other day but still I cant access the subribed areas of the forum.... can anyone help??? please
  12. ours is covered with a roof sheet at the mo
  13. Glad to hear that this storey is true... i called Z world a few days ago and was told the same thing.... we love the car way too much to let water kill it so I think that price is ok to save one more of these fabulous cars.
  14. I would say if you are that bothered about people knowing how old your car is then stick a 50 quid irish plate on it.
  15. well so far I have tried, prettey much all of the above (exept welding everything shut) and have had 2 sets of 2nd hand seals (both assured to not leak by the sellers) and this week I gave in. In my opinion I think in the end it depends how much you love ya car and weather you intend to keep it long term. We have got to a point that the car has to be disconnected every night or it puts its own headlamps on if it rains and then drains the battery (which in turn send the alarm off in panic mode and wakes all the neighbours) or just blows the horn contsantly. So this week I stripped the interior out and the carpets and drained gallons of water out of the carpets alone, I have now decided to bite the bullet and ordered brand new T Top seals off nissan at the scarey price of £652.00 :-o ( the car is too good for this water ingres to go on. I will let you all know how it goes once they arrive next Friday.
  16. Did jurby in the Isle of Man today/well yesterday actually (1/9/13) and ran 13.92 ET @ 101 MPH... quite happy with that one.
  17. Thats a shame... guess we wont be there then really..... its a bit too obiously chevy to get away with a nissan badge lol. I hope everyones tents are jap made lol, my van is smaller than some of the ones in past pics pml
  18. We want to go with the Z but don't fancy staying in a tent as the camper is much more comfy and warm.... sadly there doesnt seem to be much info about using a camper anywhere. (its a non jap camper). Has anyone else done this already? we would have a camper and a 300ZX.
  19. Jeff, thanks for all the help and advice yesterday, mine will be heading your way for cambelt very soon. was possibly wondering if it could be booked in before we take it to the Isle of Man on the 23rd???
  20. Aint been anywhere lol... just forgot to renew
  21. OK ta... will get it done right away
  22. Only realised this week that I missed my renewal by quite a long way.... can I renew or do I have to start as a new member again?............... help:blush:
