I thought you were referring to the zed at first. All modern cars are now processed with a zinc phosphate coating prior to the first paint application. This is usually via a series of dip tanks and showers. I would have thought the Corvette would have been processed through a similar system. Most modern paints have very little anti corrosion properties. They are simply cosmetic. 90% of the anti corrosion properties are in the PO4 and Electrocoat process, as both of these coatings are applied via the "dipping" process, rather than "spraying" process.

I also have the CTEK charger and it's excellent. I've hard wired the two terminals to the two battery terminals, so all I have to do is connect the CTEK charger to the connector hard wired to the battery and I'm off. Totally hassle free and no more flat battery after a couple of months without use.

They are a decent upgrade for the 200SX, so should be able to get shot of them OK. Think I got either £80 or £100 for mine, can't remember which.

As far as I know

AFAIK BBC HD is in true 1080p format, whereas SKY HD is only 720p or 1080i. This is why the picture quality on BBC is better.
