this was coverd about a year ago i think and from what ive seen and learnt its down to choice :cool: ive fitted both ways and i cant tell the diffrence apart from i like the grooves flowing in the same direction as rotation :) what i will add is the open end of groove is able to clear its self with the flow going this way,kinda like a water channel on a tire

the angle of an aircraft wing has nothing to do with lift,the shape of the wing creates lift, the surface area on the top side is greater than the bottom this results in the air moving faster over the top in relation to the bottom that creates the lift ;) even the cowling around the front of a big turbofan engine is a circular wing that creates a % of lift because of its upper and lower surface ratio. i knew i should of kept my hours up in a 172 cessna when i had the time :headvswal :headvswal i could of been flying you lot around the med in an easy jet now :D

take the boost pipe off and check and clean it with brake cleaner allso the butterfly in the throttle bodie,then blast it around for a few days and then see iff its got an oily residue coated back on the inside,this will tell you iff the tub seals are fvked ;) oh gazza remember the right boost pipe is served from the left turbo and visa versa hth ;)
