  14. never in 30 years of driving has a viscous ever failed me,its about 2000% simpler than an electric motor in design :tongue:
  15. electric then draws more current from alt which draws more power from crank,allso you,ll be in a right mess iff the electric fan went bad mate. iff the price is 10bhp which i tend to think is a little high then in my books its a price worth paying for decreasing the chance of cooking the motor :)

  17. allow 25-30% mistake margin for disfunctuall thinking due to his age :rofl: only joking Vince ;)
  18. sounds like this was the "take off" for another boost gauge and the plug has come off allowing escaping boost air and it should have run rough on the idle aswell (vacume signal)
