  4. well your options are kinda limited...just check to make sure the oil passage does not go into a valve body and instead of "forcing" a bigger bolt ide go for a helicoil or new thread insert making sure you plug the hole before you start with something you could retrieve with a pick and keep vacuming the metal debri out as you go...goodluck
  5. Could some kind soul throw any light (pics) of the water pipe bypass layout..more intrested in how to feed the turbo,s and return to main coolant system...cheers
  6. would,nt try the above bud,where does the metal debri go your forcing into the hole...depending how bad you tore the thread then ide try plenty of plumbers PTF sealing tape around the bolt as it might grip and seal..then only option would be to pull the box

  13. always a good idea to lightly rub the face on some sanding paper on a perfectly flat surface...gives the mating surface some "grab" for the jointing compound too

  21. Is it possible to remove the motor with the auto box still fastened if the car is jacked on blocks high enough and is there any other way to put slings on with the plenum removed??
