  1. Jeff should be able to sort you out tbh, broken temp sensor could explain the popping and smoke due to overfuelling if it thinks its cold all the time. I don't think duff o2 sensors could cause it but I may be wrong.
  2. not into those bling rims, 19"? they look more like 20" at least to me, and look like they weigh as much as the earth so that fantastic handling he's on about is bs.

could you be any more defensive there? Take the same money you would spend on taking an NA up to 280bhp and you could have a TT over 400 probably.

don't bother buying an NA with the intention of tuning it, you would be better off finding the nearest storm drain and emptying your wallet into it. Test drive both and you will make the right choice.
  6. where is the smoke coming from exactly?
  7. As I thought, it is BS, what the actual press release said back in Sept 05 was
  8. sounds like a load of *****cks to me, find me a credible source for this. *****cks to them if they think im paying god knows how much for nothing, bloody thing is in pieces for christs sake!
  9. looks great, just a couple fo things though, a set of nice skirts would set it off a treat. And is that a stock radiator?
  10. look like race prepped cars, and they are wearing racing overalls, pro or not, very good skills especially since they are on the uphill! Shame we don't have roads like that over here.
  11. save your money and change the wheels, stockers are awful.
  12. looking good mate, never seen those skirts blended into the front arch like that before.
  13. ok thanks, I assume that applies for the rest of them too.
  14. congratulations, seems like a good excuse to buy more goodies for the zed lol.
  15. Regular spanners only in my toolbox, guess i'll be swearing at it a lot more then :p Do I need to loosen the bolts on the front of the bracket btw?
  16. went out and got the tools I needed today and made some more progress. Now how the fook do I slacken off the PAS belt? Is it just a case of turning that impossible-to-get-at bolt which can only be done with a spanner because the ratchet wont fit?
  17. Cillit bang lol, I cleaned the BBQ rack with the stuff on the lawn the other day, it killed the grass overnight, my mother was not pleased I can tell you :p
  18. tbh I doubt you will see anything from paypal. I assume you have his address, pay him a visit maybe.
  19. can still operate a computer and type properly, poor show ;)
  20. Thats bad luck mate, I've heard so many stories of cheap PSU's blowing up, and have personally witnessed a Q-tec go bang, loud bang, bright flash, burning smell and it blew out the circuit breaker, somehow the components survived though, have you tested it since? Important to have a good PSU in your system, spend a minimum of £50 on one imo.
  21. Had mine years, got them in the rear quarter windows, but cant really see them due to the dark tints. Got another one in the top centre of the windscreen where all can see it.
  22. that is the extension that Bitcomet gives incomplete files that you are downloading.
  23. lol, thats some deep exhaust fisting there
  24. For those who perhaps hadn't realised, that is not a C18DET stuffed into a minor, it is a Minor body mounted on a shortened S13 chassis.
