  1. probably a knackered box, they do that when they are giving up the ghost.
  2. they only cost pennies form your local maplin store.
  3. It is the car they race in Super GT, I would think it is a proper 350z just with heavy modification.
  4. This is a pretty common thing if its what i'm thinking about. Mine used to do it, would often refuse to shift from 1st to 2nd before 4000rpm or so, and it would shift pretty vigorously. Much better after a fluid change.
  5. There used to be an RB30 I think pre-dating the R32.
  6. pretty decent ending, really fooked off that I wont have internet at my uni house when the new season starts, BT bunch o gays :/ Prison break is a great show too, new season is up to episode 6 now :) House MD is running too now, another quality show.
  7. S1 and 2 rads are the same I believe, but the NA one is very much different to the TT. I'm sure the ones luke sell will be correct.
  8. Can't believe it! Gutted for you Paul, really hope the fridge finds its way back to you in tact :(
  9. Danny at DTA I think.
  10. sort the earth strap out but the problem is more likely to be a faulty mph convertor if its a jap, or a failing speed sensor on the gearbox.
  11. i logged mine in my journal thingy on here take a look if you want. You only need a few 'specialist' tools, 5 and 6mm hex sockets (allen keys just aint going to work on the water hoses), 27mm socket. Don't forget the rubber water hoses the old ones will probably end up being cut off.
  12. yes, electronic boost controller will do away with safety boost, however only the boost cut, the timing retardation will still be in place. Of course if it is caused by code 34 then the resistor workaround would do away with safety mode.
  13. vacuum leak would cause both high idle and stalling.
  14. dont think i've seen that one, where abouts in wolves are you? I think cainy said to me the other day that he saw a red one about but can't be sure.
  15. shit out of luck then dude, sorry :/
  16. 'dude 2m'? Mine doesn't get driven hence you woudn't have seen me. There are 2 other zeds in the village though, a grey J plate owner by cainy on here, and a black K plate with unpainted viper wings and mismatchign wheels, I don't know the owner of this one.
  17. yes I'm in codsall, but going back to uni in manchester on wednesday and won't be back this way for some time.
  18. yes, the stock gauge is utter garbage edit - also, I am in wolverhampton, so if you want to come to me I'll take a look at it and put my datascan on it see if there are any obvious problems with it. Will have to be tomorrow though, going back to manchester on wednesday.
  19. those are the exact symptoms that my mates one had the other day, that was down to a broken speedo convertor, but being a UK you won't have one of these, so I guess it must be speed sensor.
  20. lol, not a fan then :p. Anyway swapped it over now to snow patrol - eyes open, you're quite right, it is good.
  21. right now, The Kooks - Inside in/inside out
  22. painted dash pods make baby jesus cry :(
  23. looks worth 1300 to me, needs a bit of a tidyup and I guess the cutting out problem is something simple if it runs properly before stopping.
