  1. I was going to suggest them, they are more expensive than normal, but then the dynapack is renowned for its accuracy, used by many of the top tuning garages over the world. If you look mkivsupra.net had a dyno day there.

the paint wont crack if its done properly? You saying Nissan didnt do it properly, cos my dad hit a bollard with the stock front and the paint cracked on that, also the bumper didnt flex back to normal, there is a small dent in it.
  3. my local cinema is pretty good as they go, its a cineworld, the showcase is crap, the screen is so large it degrades the quality and the sound system sounds not only tinny but the sound seems separated. The local UCI is a joke though run by muppets, really is a dump.
  4. im talking about a projector based system, you can get a decent PJ for 1200 quid tbh.
  5. line double the picture to 1080i before projection for a nicer smooth picture, the fiulms most certainly are NOT infinate colour or resolution. The picture is worse quality because of the amount of use it has had, rolling thourhg a super bright bulb for hours on end really fades the colour and the resulting print is really poor quality. Also you notice at the flicks the picture often shakes and you get glitches from dust etc on the print. As for the resolution, it really isnt that bigger deal, try watching a good home cinema setup and i think you will agree. No doubt a brand new cine print will look better than a DVD on the same size screen but DVD will look the same every time where a film will degrade in quality every playback.
  6. you must have a poor DVD player then, DVD is easily as good is not better than film quality but then a home cinema only really uses up to a 8' screen.

no, but i can tell you, the stillen one bends a bit, probably cracking all the paintwork on it, the greddy one is cracked in a big way, wrecked totally. But theres an easy solution to that ;) DONT HIT THINGS! :D

    examples of Greddy front.
  9. disagree, a good home cinema will blow away a real cinema. Most cinemas have worn film reels, idiot projectionists who sometimes cant even manage to project the film in the correct aspect ratio, uncomfortable seats, poorly set up sound systems, bla bla bla and thats before ive mentioned the screaming and generally offensively loud members of the public.

  13. Internet Explorer. I did briefly use Mozilla but it annoyed me that the scroll wheel thing where you press and hold the wheel doesnt work in it. But stuart, the problem with the non-loading pictures is a bug in IE6 SP1, if you have windows XP you should be able to remove the SP1 from add/remove programs, and it will take it back to just regular IE6, which doesnt have the problem. However if its win2k or less than it will take you back to IE5 or whatever was standard.

  15. hehe the novelty never really wears off zeds :D I admit to having the Z window obsession, every time you go past a drive-facing window, just take a quick peek make sure shes still ok, and a quick grin before carrying in the real world :D Hope it all goes well with your zed, have fun! :D
  16. of course they do when they need fixing so damned often!!
  17. those zeds will be affected, if you want the bass id have thought removing the fuse for the HICAS would disable it.
  18. hehe, old news, put short the zed is not affected because it has mechanical HICAS whereas the skyline has electronic.
  19. hmm, having looked at their website the place looks a bit of a dump, maybe im just fussy but id prefer to see some cooling a little morr substancial than my bedroom fan in front of the car!

    1. Your turbo gauge reads in x100mmHg instead of psi, because it is a Jap spec, this is normal, and 700mmHg is about equivalent to 14psi. 2. The gauge should be about in the middle, it is highly innacurate though so I wouldnt bother worrying about it. 3. Front sidelight bulb is changed by removing the corner light then removing the fog unit from behind. 4. Yes, zeds are an expensive hobby ;) 5. Probably, look in the events section.
