Nope! :) Sorry, no time now for a meeting this month so will make it for the start of December either Wednesday night 3rd or Sunday 7th. what ever suits the majority. Livingston area would probably be best as most of those interested are from this area and is central for everyone else.

Anyone interested in a Christmas meeting this year, the club has generously offered to make a contributuion to each paid up member attending a Club Xmas event. But I need to know who is interested soon so that the funding can be arranged. There are a number of options, either we Take the cars and have a meal somewhere. Meet up somewhere with access to good public transport, we could have a meal and a beer. Meet up somewhere with access to good public transport, and just have beers. I go myself claim you are all going, get all your dosh and head of on a bender Any other suggestions are welcome, but they will need to be really good to beat option 4

Ok now that there appears to be a few more cars back on the road, and people are again looking to organise a meeting we need to decide on the where and when. can every one who intends coming along please post preferred times and locations that way we can arrange what is going to be suitable for the majority which will hopefully lead to a bigger turn out.

Seriously though that isnt a bad idea, and ive had a message that the club may chip in a small amount of cash for any subscribed members who attend a regional xmas bash. We did try to arrange one last year but cancelled do to being unable to fill a phone boxes minimum booking requirements. I will start another thread to see if there is much interest. We can still have a meeting beforehand though!

Still venturing into this now and again, it takes a bit of practice and patience to avoid being constant canon fodder. I think I prefer the main game though! but that is plaugued by cheats with aimbot at the moment. John I havent seen you on the servers for a couple of weeks are you hiding ......and I think youve got the who kills who round the wrong way :)

bud thats a seriously powerful air gun to shoot a clean hole through 2 panes of toughened glass, I reckon a legal power gun might just be lucky enough to go through the first without shattering it.

I cant fookin believe the cops attitude, mention guns round here and you will end up with a swat team bursating down the door. I popped in to my rifle club tonight and the police firearms officer was there doing checks.....( then again its always easy to pick on the law abiding :) ) What you want to do is speak to your local MP, the Scottish government are hell bent on banning airguns, so this would give them more "ammo" and they will probably kick up a stink if they think that the police arent doing anything. Its just a pity that tossers like this get away with this because its seen as something minor by the police, then they get cocky and take pot shots at people where someone gets hurt, or worse killed like the little boy in Glasgow. then Theres all hell to play, public outrage fanned by the media and then the politicians jump on the band wagon, next thing you know they are trying to ban airguns because of 1 arsehole, they never think of the 10000 other law abiding air gun users.. Anyway rant over!!! tell the cops you will go to your mp if they arent gonna do anything.... because someone is going to get hurt if they let him continue

Well that will be that then the calendar is not going ahead this year, not enough photos entered. Do you guys still want to meet up on Sunday?

Hopefully I should manage along though it wont be in the Z its tucked up in bed for the winter :). the photos should have been in over a month ago for the calendar so I dont know whether they will be in on time to get put into it, but I will find out. hopefully it can still be done Regards the venue, the stadium car park might be busy, with the 5 asides and the likes they play at the weekend, plus it aint very scenic for photos. a back drop of the castle or monument would probably be better. Have a discussion and decide Im not bothered cause my car wont be in it :)

lol I used to get mega grief about the amount of time I played online games, used to play counterstrike and day of defeat for whole weekends 09:00 Saturday right through to 06:00 on sunday mornings a few hours kip then back on again was pretty common for me. I dont play anywhere near as much now :D

those sound like fun servers, I'll need to give them a try, Ive just started playing CoD4 online, had the game for a year but my old machine wouldnt play it. bought another so its catch up time. Still cant decide whether I prefer Cod or Battlefield yet!
