And dont heat the plug, itll just expand and get tighter. Its the area around the hole that needs heat, but i dont fancy trying to heat an ally gbox. best just give it a smack as has already been said. if that fails it could be a drill and easy out job!!

probably filled the combustion chambers and manifolds with oil when you were upside down, how much oil was left in the sump ??? If you checked !! your lucky the engine didnt hydraulic.

Scotty its only about 130mls from Zeebrugge (according to autoroute) , and rosyths only about 15-20mls from you. it would save a lot of mileage!!! and theres :duffer: on board thought about it myself but saving for another house at the moment :(

yep got to agree fit it yourself ! when I bought my Z the previous owner had just had a stereo fitted by a "profesional", and wanted the unit back. I agreed to remove it cause he wasnt sure about doing the job. when i took the radio out :shock: "holy shit" seen a jar of worms neater, wires cut for no reason and only 2 speakers wired up. then went to remove the leads to the amp in the back and found they were a fire waiting to happen!!!! Do as b19rks says and get the ISO connector and fittings a piece of piss, if i remember correctly the only wire i had to connect was the one for the rear speaker amps. ohh and you will need an ariel adaptor, or do as i did and buy an extension cable cut it and splice it !! You'l take longer than a proffesional but you will do it right!!!

I put in some rad seal in as a temporary measure and it hasnt leaked since. Ive now got a spare rad just waiting to fit when i get a chance !!! the leak appeared to be coming from the o/s of the radiator

ahhh JAE it is then and its 13 miles closer!! according to autoroute 387mls instead of 400 :) , think of the fuel savings :rolleyes:

Are any of the Scottish members heading for any of the big shows this year I'd like to make one of them but dont know which would be the best, Japfest or JAE ? insurance mileage restrictions means i cant do both ( plus i'd have to re-mortgage the fookin hoose to feed the greedy c*nt ) If anyones going to the shows mabey we could get a little convoy going
