  1. It was Rupert The Bear, wasn't it?
  2. Thanks Baz - that'll be him
  3. Big Trak was surely the most tedious yet expensive toy from the 80s. Give me the Evel Knievel knuckle scraping antics anyday.
  4. Grenadier Road, Cheltenham. There's a bloke mooning at the car.
  5. Try this - Apple Buck: 1 measure Apple Sourz 1 measure Bourbon (eg. Jim Beam, Wild Turkey, Makers Mark) Top up with ginger beer

Yamaha TZR125, Honda NSR125, Suzuki RG125, Yamaha RXS100 were the kings of the 125s when I were a lad - all easily de-restrictable too. Since then, Aprilia RS125, Honda CBR125, Yamaha YZF-R125 (most modern of the bunch but big money) rule. I lover my TZR. Both of your first big bike choices are decent. Please consider doing some advanced training after you've done the ministry one - you'll be much, much safer on the road. Safety on bikes is a mental game once you know the basics of riding. http://www.i2imca.com are ace for bike control and IAM or RoSPA for roadcraft.
  8. If Hugo's surname is Reyes, why was he called "Hurley" early on?
  9. I'm glad you're only a doctor and not somebody who actually needs to use logic for a living ;)
  10. But the instructions say to take one every 30 mins. So taking one as soon as you're given them isn't following the wording of the instructions.
  11. Ah, but then you wouldn't be following the instructions. 90 mins is the only logically correct answer if the question is followed exactly.
  12. A doctor gives you three pills telling you to take one every half hour. How many minutes would the pills last? 60 90 mins if you didn't take the first one for half an hour, as instructed.
  13. Has been snowing in Gloucester. I just came off my bike at 2mph while changing lane to turn right at a roundabout. I'm OK and the bike is only lightly scuffed. Crash bungs appear to be a good thing for low speed drops.

  23. Yep, as is cocoa, as well as warm milk. It the warm milk that does the trick. Lettuce also contains drowsy-making chemicals.
