I never eat breakfast, rarely have lunch and normally have a main meal about 6-7pm, I've come to terms I'm never going to be a size zero and I like my curves the way they are!

I read in one of the girly mags last week about a woman who was hooked on the slimming tablets and altho they made her shed loads of weight she ended up with serious heart problems! I don't even bother with diets, can't stick to them and don't like eating breakfast which is supposed to be the most important meal of the day. Maybe try something herbal for energy I'm sure holland and barrett will do something.
