So far, although he never cut down the door fillers before fitting, so had to trim afterwards and doors are a little stiff when shutting, just needs adjusted a bit still !

Tough to be honest! The shape stretches a bit after screwing in the bolts so we used a block of wood glued inside the wing to push the middle out a bit so that it's profile matches the door, else it would be about 10mm to far in! But it looking good and nearly there, hopefully have her home on Thursday !

Congrats mate, I'm in the body shop right now fitting my other wing and left side skirt! Should be all done for Friday when I get my meisters fitted !

Code 55 Buddy !! means yeh, thats correct !

We test fitted them and it looks ok without being trimmed ! What part needs trimmed and why ? On a test fit the door closes perfectly and the fillers dont rub anywhere.

Fitted the drivers side wing yesterday too and had a wee issue of the middle vent near the door pulling in to much and it caused the profile of the wing to be shallower than the actual door; simple fix was to glue a bluck of wood to the interior of the the wing which pushed it out a bit and also it reinforced it making it more sturdy. Lastly we have the new nose panel which i meshed up on saturday

More pics time ! Cars still in the workshop, delays again due to faulty lighting ! The zed was worked on for long as possable in the dark and even at one point we used the headlights of another car to light up the garage. The tailgates nearly done and the 99 spec spoiler will be test fitted tomorrow as soon as everything drys properly. Getting there ! I say - we are looking smooth !

its a series 4 zed and the bulb holders are original - non tampered with !

While removing the old wings to fit my vented ones i noticed two bulb holders for the side lights ! Whats the other one for that is tied up ?
