  2. missing out on such a good thing there dude, when the simple solution is to not drink all the way to the bottom.
  3. they are the un illuminated ones, i think thats the first time ive ever seen them up for sale, even rarer than the illuminated ones as most people opted for them instead.
  4. Ive been on websites like that, and it p'sses me off, especially when you ask a question that has been asked before, you get the older members reply "use the f'ing search button" and they are not very welcoming, here we dont mind you asking the same question thats been asked 100's time before, thats what a forum is for, asking questions about your problems. anyway bud, get some photos up, (yes i know you already posted one) but get some more up, lets have a look at her. oh and welcome again LOL
  5. You still here? off you go then, id be on that plane now lol
  6. welcome bud :)
  7. i wouldn't say these cars run hot, mine ran 82 degrees C, my pug ran at 97, and that was considered normal on a pug 406, now that is running hot. But added cooling is defo a plus, it will still reach 82, but it will maintain the heat better on heavy usage. As above really, thicker rad, larger inter coolers, vented bonnet, or even raised at the back, though some say that doesnt add cooling and can actually stall the air in the engine bay. One thing i will say though, is keep the vicious fan, and replace the clutch on it, keep the fan shroud as well, make sure if you have a stock radiator, that the fan shroud is complete, also under tray, that helps keep the flow of air over the radiator also.
  8. Sounds like your gear stick bushes have given up, only small and they are cheap, i got some from zedworld new but never fitted them as my short throw gear leaver had Polly ones already in, PM me your Addy you can have them, they are brand spankers new as well. these are them http://www.zcentre.co.uk/index.php?page=shop.product_details&flypage=flypage.pbv.tpl&product_id=147&category_id=59&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=7

For those who miss the dead line, you can still purchase tickets via the JAE ebay page. Please if you are going to purchase your ticket through the club, it is imperative that you contact either me or Andy P, with details of when you paid, whether it be paypal or bank transfer, the time and the date so we can verify, please add ref: JAE and supply your name and address.
  10. we dont really need to be knowing what you get up to in your private life mate
  11. naa, not going to bother this time, got my eye on something else to be honest, although i could possibly get this cheaper than what im looking at.
  12. lmfao, i really want to see that.
  13. Worst case scenario? Bottom end bearings knocking does it get louder and the speed increase when the revs come up?
  14. Around 750 - 800 As MCM says The needle just sits there no waving or random jumping when idling, hell if you didn't feel it you wouldn't know
  15. as per title, there is a noticeable judder on idle, no smoke or anything and it drives smooth, but when idling its shaking the car, not violently, but enough to notice? just that and a power steering pipe left to sort out for my old man, and he can take ownership of the car once i hear back from the insurance (seem to be taking their time on that one) faulty injector maybe?
  16. should of stuck a chevy v8 in it lol
  17. well good luck in what ever ventures you have planned out matey. and let me know how you get on with that fakarrie.
  18. and at that price, plenty of cash left to get it fitted and other stuff.
  19. Notice of what? the water cooler out of water?
  20. still thinking LS1 though, or at least a LS variant. i understand about keeping in the family and sticking a nissan v8 in, but something about an american v8 lump, dunno what it is but it ticks the boxes for me. (yet i hate american muscle cars, think its the body shapes lol)
  21. shame we cant get the right hand drive version of the Pontiac fiero (spelling?) makes an excellent donor car for them, also has a meaty engine tone.
  22. hold on, that one in the listing is listed as a v6? no point doing that
