  1. well lets get contemplating then lol, though from the looks of it, it uses a sticky mirror that isnt see through.
  2. right my 2p's worth With where the display is amounted it doesn't make sense, as its easier to just look at the speed-o, it would need to be pretty much in line of sight of the road ahead and need to obviously have a see through yet reflective coating so its not going to be a visual obstruction. with how the zeds dial hood is, i cant see this being a good option as most of us like something thats neat and out of the way but blends in like its meant to be there. Us zed owners usually fill the insides of our cars with such gadgets like, boost controllers, gauges, turbo timers and other wonderful electronic items, we have limited room as it is, so when we install all this we like it to be neat and tidy and spend a lot of effort to make it flow and look like it belongs in the dash area / car. Given what ive said, i understand what dave was on about, even if he didnt put it across with much tact, having something that we mount to the dash and look like its just been plonked there isnt appealing to much, i suppose with a bit of time and effort it could be made to flow, but not many of us like the idea of cutting the dash up, as its a rather large and cumbersome item to replace.
  3. i would of loved to of been there for the entertainment value, but then i would of hated to of been there for laughing me ass off at them for 7 hours and making them feel right uncomfortable. though not the first time ive seen a car shell cut up and loaded into the back of a transit van.
  4. just found where it all started.................... with this honda
  5. slapper, replied via text, mark ill reply to your PM later bud.
  6. It isnt a power difference, its a spool up difference, on the Auto they spool up quicker but loose the top end. you get quicker acceleration with the auto turbo s, but are about 10mph slower at full whack.
  7. well i got a OEM one, you could get carbon dipped as there is a company on here that does carbon dipping and from what ive seen there work is top notch.
  8. S2 PTU with harness, they said they didnt do them and if they did would be around £400 the digital clock in the radio surround around 300ish iirc
  9. almost as bad as this to be honest A6WlvuAkNjQ
  10. Could be a series 6 / US / JAP spec thing, or after market, ive never seen it, but the S6 had the zenon lights as standard so could be OEM.
  11. nope, need to remove the top water pipe matey to get to the lower bolts some of them are covered by that water pipe. also makes it easier anyway. bit of a pain in the butt mind you, but gives you a good excuse to do a coolant change / replace the thermostat while you are there.
  12. i have some decent condition UK OEM rear shock, and ive also got a set of front KYB with Eibach springs for the fronts. wasnt really going to sell the fronts, if you are interested. all in good condition.
  13. awesome, would it be beneficial to mount these after a atmospheric dump valve, that way the engine get the air metered correctly? id assume so, but would be interesting to see if it would have any adverse affects on the engine running.
  14. i have a zeemax front bumper, though it does need the bottom lip repairing from where the car was taken off a low loader and the hoist moved before they stuck wood under the wheels to raise it. but it would be very cheap, just need it gone. would really depend on if you are good with fiber glass repairs though
  15. where do you keep finding these deep dish alloys, i keep looking and can only find the usual looking ones :( i want a set similar to what Egg's has on his, or a nice set of BBS looking deep dish ones.
  16. the search data base was being re-written yesterday so i doubt its fully working yet, takes awhile to do that as we have so many reply's and info on here, not to mention the spam and crap car.mad keeps posting
  17. he hasn't got the stuff yet as far as im aware and was just gauging interest. sounds like a good adventure but wouldn't it be down to how accommodating someone's drive / work area is? surely you wouldn't want to lift on an uneven surface. Not sure there would be much call for it, would be a limited market depending on price of hire. PS did you get the front suspension parts off yet? lol
  18. it drops from latest posts after a period of time if no one reply's matey.
