It,s in and i have HEAT :dance::dance: I,d took the old one out last weeked, so saved myself some time and as Chris mentioned the hole it fits into needed opening very slightly , i used an automotive belt sander ( did it at work ) or a dremel with a sanding drum would do and it slid straight in , connect the pipes ( very fiddly ) and fit the gubbins around it and hey presto HEAT !!! BTW mines an auto and i followed the Ausie instructions , http://tech.aus300zx.com/heater/heatercore.htm very helpfull
