Also make sure your adjusters are working , they,re plastic and tend to crack with age . There is a link to replacing the adjusters with metal gears from a Tamiya model car diff gear set , i did this to mine , well worth doing if you are gonna take your lamps apart, the whole set of gears are about £6 from any good model shop :hyper: HTH

Same happened to me in a kitted Manta , a dog ran out in front of me and i hit it , it was about the same size as a labrador and made a real mess of my car, smashed the fibreglass bumper , broke the twin headlights, bent the wing and front valance , the dog rolled down the road for 20 yards ,got up and ran away :headvswal . I spoke to the police and they said : If i could trace the owner i should be able to claim off their house insurance . Yeah wots the chance of that eh ! :rant: :rant: :rant:

I was one of Chunks passengers at Bruntingthorpe proving grounds !! Believe me thats daring enough :shock: :shock: :shock:

After fitting mine i tried snipping the wire as in the instructions , my N/S light went out :headvswal oops wrong one , re connected that and gave up. I,ve got used to the warning light coming on when the lights are on , when there not on it lights up with the brake lights which at least shows you your brake lights are coming on :hyper: .

Just driving normally in traffic , using the go pedal very lightly , it changes very quickly , hardly revving much inbetween gears. Have you tried disconnecting the battery and letting the gearbox ECU reset .I don,t know if this actually does anything :confused: , I,m sure if i,m wrong one of the tech guys :bow: will put me right. :D :D

Iv,e got two ,both rescue cats , the last one is a persion cross found dumped in a cardboard box suffering from cat flu , bastids all it takes is a phone call to the RSPCA and they,ll take em off you and re-home them. Only if you,ve pressed the pedal too much and the power light comes on , it,ll rev high before changing gear, ( if its a jap tt ) if this happens i just quickly flick the power switch on the console on and off to knock the light out, Its a PITA when your in traffic :rant:
