  1. yeah i will be there on Sunday - i dont trust staying there on Saturday night again or we will inevitably end up getting smashed at the local meat market and not get any work done till lunch the next day! you popping over then?
  2. x2 - i reckon you've done a great job there mate, looks great.
  3. a little flutter here (oxford) but nothing worth speaking about.
  4. Daff, if YOUR serious, then i would be interested in getting a boot build. i have LWB though and would be looking to do a really basic setup accross the back of the back seats (where you have your rectangle shaped bit in your build) Just looking for an enclosure which hugs the shape of the trim and then comes flush with the edge of the trim where the sstandard speakers are. looking for an enclosure 4 6x9s linked to an amp possibly. I would be looking to leave the larger/wider area of the boot alone as that is where my golf clubs go. :euro: What do you reckon? By the way yours spot on and of a very high standard.
  5. an original foam one sold recetly for about £100 i think but it was proper mint. It must have been a nissan replacement as there was no way it could have been 20 years old ( I cannot see your pic to judge the condition as my work computer is not happy)
  6. Nice work mate. BTW - did you sort your interior out? as that glue i had for you has set a bit so might be no good to you. Also i still need to come and give you your ramps back. I am defo in the area on Boxing day, but if need be i will pop up befor then to come and see you and Tess and of course give your ramps back..... They have been mighty useful.
  7. hi ian, that rear panel doesn't look too bad now, - how did you fix it? Also have you managed to get those bits out of the way so that the front sits flush now? And i hear you bout the weather - too bloody cold to be honest. Every tool i picked up on the weekend sent shivers down me hands!!

  14. My favorite George Best quote: "I spent most of my money on women, booze and gambling.... i just wasted the rest."
  15. Another call to arms folks... if anyone is about this Sunday and gets bored with sitting on the sofa watching Eastenders reruns, we will be working on my car in Ascot trying desperately to get the manual conversion done as soon as possible. This week i think i will be making some nice authentic Chinese food for anyone who is kind enough to lend a hand - poping down the chinese supermarket tomorrow to get some supplies..... or if that fails i will just have to think of something else to cook equally tastey. Thanks guys, and thanks again to those who have already helped us out so far.
  16. ..... spoke too soon.....
