This seems the most obvious thing to do, to get a rough guide as to what other are pricing theirs at. Also i would agree that January is not the best month to sell anything - lots of bills and Christmas hangover for the bank accounts of most. If you can hang on till you find the right buyer then you will maximise it, but if you need rid of it pronto, then i'm afraid you are not in the strongest position to get the best price.

you get what you pay for mate - Zedworld is just around the corner from you, and you will get great service. Every time i have been there they have also taken me through what they have done so i got a bit of an education as well. and i think that anywhere you go will still cost you near a grand anyway...

Do you have to use special cleaning stuff on these, or is good old fairy liquid ok? or should you leave them as they are? Also in a massive ammount like that will you ever get any really crazy rare ones that pay for the whole lot and more? Or could be nice to find something that could go in a museum or something.:detective:

mine is doing this too now - Jap car with Jap clocks... swapped clock for uk ones... was counting up in miles... swapped sticky clocks with newer uk clocks... now bongs when comes to a halt and counts up in kms not miles ??(tested with sat nav) not moving at the moment so not a problem, but odometer is now inaccurate as to how many miles/kms it has actually done! All this = trip to Zedworld i reckon!

HA - I said that there are 3 in this relationship... Me, the Zed and the Rocco... She wasn't that impressed to be honest.

If you can afford to - keep a run around - i have an old scirocco which gets all dirty during the week ...... although when the zed is working, the 'ol rocco doesn't get to do many miles to be honest. Looking at the PH ad, it all looks nice and clean, but that is quite high milage.... nice colour though, and all that history helps, make sure you see a dyno for that 400hp. By the way welcome to the club.
