Most of you could reel out a list you top 5 or 10 cars in 3 seconds flat, and no doubt they would all be great cars for one reason or another. BUT... Can you come up with a shopping list of 5 dream cars from which you would have change out of a £50k note? Well i went over to Andys again today and guess what.... Not only were the dulcet tones of Shane Ward wafting out of his open window when i arrived, but it was gently peeing down. We had the pleasure of Daffy turning up with his mate Dave who did me a great deal and took my wings west bumper off in a van to be painted. Anyway that said we muddled on in our silly water proofs..... and i am very pleased to say that following a few head scratching moments I now finally have a manual zed!! I cannot say how happy i am, it has been a long road due to random piss up, late starts, far too much rain, snow and not enough light... BUT we bloody did it. I cannot thank people enough for helping out with advice, sending vital parts, turning up and getting stuck in and for everyones general support. I do have a load of pics and i will be writing a little journal of the whole experience, including the names of those who went out of their way to help me out (you lot know who you are, and soon everyone will know who you are) but i just wanted to post the fact that we are now done!! Thank you Mr Isherward - you sir are a little legend!

Thats what they said... that they had sold loads to others who had had no problems. Did you find the larger silicone pipes were a good fit onto the outlets on the car? they fit on the pipes ok but were a good few millimeters to big for the car and it would pinch if tightened. The 2 thinner pipes just seem to be a few millimeters too long to fit properly??? I will probably just trim them down and chop up my existing silicone pipes to be honest. Dan did you have to pay extra to get them released from customs? I did, £16...£8 for the VAT duty and £8 handling fee!!! fekkers!!!

I'm gonna try and get there for about 9.30 - 10am. I could drop it round Marks place so you can grab it as and when is convenient as i assume you will be going to see him in the nearish future?

I finally got these delivered and i was gutted - having had to pay extra VAT duty, i tried to fit them and they are way out - silicone was too big and 2 of the pipes were too long... gutted! Now they want me to pay the return postage if i want to return... so that is: $90 for pipes $75 delivery $25 extra VAT duty pipes no good and they want me to pay a further $75 delivery to get my $90 purchase price back!!! buying cheap crappy pipes on ebay..... priceless!

ps - I'll bring that bumper to Andys tommorow mate, just trying to get a paint code. :thumbup1:

:shock::shock::shock: i just paid £130 for the exact same item.... BUT i needed them pronto and wouldn't have been able to wait till that auction ended so such is life i guess......

Just wanted to say that i am well impressed with 2Fast2Cool (ebay seller) I placed an order for a set of Japspeed decat pipes which incidently were cheaper than Japspeed themselves?? I placed the order at about midnight on Sunday so they would not have processed th eorder till monday morning at the earliest. The delivery was less than £9. The pipes arrived the following morning (tuesday) before 11am! now that is what i call good service. I also emailed them on Monday to confirm order etc, and they were excellent in getting back to me swiftly. When i opened the box... they look lush and seem to be good quality for the money. I am a happy bunny. Fitting them tomorrow so i'll keep you posted. P

I didn't realise how lucky i was when i got mine - came with the titanium key, the red one (valet key) and the blue one (not sure the difference) I tend to use the titanium one to be honest.
