  3. Yes, musty agree about the number of Zeds on P/Heads. Only ever 2 pages of ads now there was a time when there was 5-6 pages. So getting rarer? and prices getting stronger

Hi I have Image wheels on mine aswell :thumbup1:
  9. Could well be interested in combining costs if you're still going ahead?
  10. You would be right if it were a standard clutch matey, but it's a twin plate and the manufacturer wants over £600 for the 2 plates, so if this viable I can spend the £££ on other goodies
  11. Hi wondered if anyone has ever had their friction plate material renewed,..... with a company similar to this? http://www.industrial-friction.com/ I have read on the internet plenty of people who have had this done and the cost seems to be £45 - £55. Pros/Cons
  12. Sandy the red on the cam covers is awesome, what type of finish is it?
  13. MT 75-90 good stuff, not cheap mind, time you've got 4 litres. Think Opie Oils do it from memory
  14. Seem to remember that someone well respected on here, said the AMS were superior to the Mike Smith manifolds, as AMS had "improved" the design rather than just copying it. hth
  15. I have removed the front part of the arch liner, mainy because of tyre rubbing, but the larger IC's fouled as well so I just binned them over 1 - 1.5 years ago
  16. have a look here http://s95014253.onlinehome.us/63104/16304.html worth book marking this matey :smartass:
  17. CLS spoiler is very nice, never seen it before either. Would have either to be honest, slight preference for the TWINZ though as it still retains the rear brake light. Group buy for either?
  18. Thats a shame to hear, as it look really good in the photo
  19. On the down pipes only one of them has a hole for the 02 sensor is this correct? what do you do with the left over sensor, and will I get a warning light on the dash if 1 isn't connected?
  20. yes picture was taken form battery tray place, if it's the AC I'll leave it alone, thanks
  21. cheers Mark, looks like I'll be buying some larger spanners then, lol is that silver hose the outer sleeve of the wiring loom?
  22. Well after worrying about the nuts/studs sheering off whilst doing this decat install so far they have been a piece of p*$$ to undo it's getting a spanner on the top ones that been the problem. Ok, got 3 out of the 4 nuts & bolts off the passenger side. Still have the top studs drivers side to do, which seem to have less access The one stud I'm having problems with is the lower stud, nearest the transmission tunnel. In the picture you can just make it out next to the mirror. Do i need to remove the O2 sensor to get better access? If so is there a special tool for removing it as I think it's a 22mm nut on the one thats higher up. If I need to get the sensor out should it come out easier than the bolts/nuts? btw is the large silver hose the wiring loom or something else? Any help from anyone who's actually done this would be great.
  23. thanks Mark, are you saying that I need to take the hard pipes off for the drivers then? I can't even see the passenger side lower bolts as the shielding around the downpipe seems to be in way. Found these pics here http://i863.photobucket.com/albums/ab199/rautoshop/300zx/z127.jpg http://i863.photobucket.com/albums/ab199/rautoshop/300zx/z128.jpg
  24. guys I know that there are a few threads about this, but I can't find enough pics to help. I'm fitting my Decats having removed all the exhaust I have undone the 2 lower nuts on the drivers side turbo, but for the life of me I can't seem to find the the lower passenger side nuts :blushing: Driverside Passenger side under side
