Vini I agree with the numberplate reading something I just don't think the way some people use italics to spell something if you see what I mean.

I agree Si. Numberplates are exactly what they say they are. They don't make you go faster or help the car handle better. IMHO I think anything other than standard text looks cheap.

You should be able to pursue some sort of claim against the people responsible for the item you struck, assuming you know who they are? They have some duty of care.

The rad part is quite straight forward. Jack the front up, drain the rad and swap the pipes. It is really is that simple.

£30, not ideal but you take a gamble, win some, lose some. I wouldn't personally go to court over it, take the medicine. At court you would get a means tested fine and costs. You would be looking at £100 straight away.
