Gaz,ref the boss the one in your first post(45.00) is the one you need.As for the Hicas light,pull the plug out of the ECU,this way the light still comes on when the Fluid gets low.:chinese:

Umm...Opposite cormers point to one of the split circuits going down.Very unlikely that 2 calipers have seized.Has the car got ABS?

Sounds like Diesel knock,quite normal.Our Mk5 Transit 2.4's are terrible for it! If it gets worse,have the injectors checked,could be one dribbling.
