Thanks Graham, I looks like that`s what I`m going to have to do mate!!.... but what people don`t understand is the amount of time `I` had to spend to get the website to the standard as it is now!!!! ALL the content `I` had to type!!!!.... ALL the pictures `I` have taken had to be e-mailed to Chris....ALL the site information `I` had to type and send to Him!!! it took `ME`weeks and weeks to gather information arrange pictures and send the appropriate content to Chris!!!! All`s Chris had to do was arrange and add to the software!!!and send me the editing details to submit to google!!! I will be VERY pissed if i had to spend precious time doing this all over again!!!

Thank Mate, I feel a bit guilty now!! but why does he promise the items? I do really feel sorry for the guy, the website he made is excellent (if it worked properly) It just needs the finishing touch. If I listed all the friends and relatives i`ve lost over the years, including my best friend at 16 who died of an asthma attack and my 18 year old girlfriend who died of breast cancer!!! and countless others who have passed, I wonder how I have coped!!! but we have to.... its part of life!!! I`ve suffered with panic attacks for the past 4 years, probably due to the loss of loved ones, but I have got my head together and battled on, and never ignored anyone!! as you say we all deal in thing in different ways...If I`m being a bit harsh on Chris please someone say, sorry if I am

Not sure mate!! I have NO access at all, I cant edit the spelling or grammar mistakes, e-mail`s dissapear into thin air!! I cant update, pictures, customer info, fook all!!!!, this is my only e-mail from Chris in 4 months!! Hi Darren just burnt the disc with website, dreamweaver and instructions will be sent tmrw recorded and will send you a tracking number to ********, cheers chris, sorry been tied up with business getting there finally Really thanks for your help mate, hope that above info can shed some light what I`m supposed to be receiving

Thanks steamer, thats the point I`m trying to get at.... people get let down all the time with builders not getting back to them, and they thought once again they were getting ignored, just like I am at the moment with Chris!!!

The customer did call me enquiring of our works on my mobile on a unknown number, I stupidly told them to send all plans to my mail address(website one) and I will get back to them as soon as I received them ....I waited and waited and nothing came!! I looked back on my mobile for the call but realised it was that unknown number!! Only tonight looking at another job for her sister I was told that she had sent me all the plans, info on the build ect and they thought, typical builder not getting back to us..... lets get somebody else!!! and thats why they never rang back, she rang me from work where the number comes up as a unknown!!!

Thanks Richard and thanks for all the clubs support, I understand there is not much the club can do to rectify this and I realise this is now between me and Chris and I never expected the clubs help, I`m highlighting the fact that Chris cannot be trusted, and I`m warning other members of his nature. I`m sick to death of Chris`s lies and promises, the discs were supposedly in recorded post last week (bullsh!t) !!! I`ve been so patient and sympathetic over the last 6 fookin months and as you can tell I`ve had enough!!!! the final straw was tonight when I found another customer has been trying to contact me and had no reply!!(as my mails are not getting to me from the website) they had no choice to give a 25k extension build to another builder.......I am fuming!!!!!!!!! Please nobody trust Chris!!!, I am normally a very patient and understanding person but this has gone too far and I can guarantee this will get ugly now!!!!!

Just watching sky channel, home and health. Program called paralised and pregnant, one of the guys on there just drove a nice black zed out his garage and down the rd :) , same program will be on home and health +1 , yes I need to get a life ;)
