cHEERz Bri :) I Didn't pay anything towards the congestion charge!! somehow I maybe getting a fine through the post!! The charge is only at certain times, so this morning I should have missed it, BUT i was speaking to 2 coppers and they told me to watch out as the signs are small and they try their best to catch you out!! so I am totally unaware if I crossed into the zone, even the coppers said it was a con!! Know what you mean about the biddy in brown, she had lovely underwear on :)
