Cheers I agree this is the worst attempt at a repair i've ever seen. I think the company that did it are called....Bodgeit & ****it LTD I was planing on painting the front and rear panels black anyway. I'll keep you updated on the progress.

As I'm now between jobs and have as much money as an Ethiopian camel herder. I'm looking at tackling this myself. so what's the best way forward as you can see the last owner has had a VERY poor attempt and has overspray everywhere

lol...If magic doesn't exist, how come Paul Daniels has been shagging Debbie Mcgee all these years. :D I too have seen Derren live and he's carved himself a nice niche in the industry. He realised that people no longer blindly believe in magic and are more interested in the science behind how it was done. He freely admits that he has no psychic ability or any other such skill, but just leaves you stumped at how it was done. A lot of his stuff is purely based on how the human brain works. We will all chose the same number/Object, given enough prompts to our subconscious mind. I remember being at a company dinner where he was a guest speaker. he had a guitar propped up on the stage all night, and sure enough one of the "random words" someone wrote down that he predicted was Music. I've put a new connector on the injector. There is a spark so coil pack seems OK (i have a spare, so will change it anyway just to eliminate that) Doing the screwdriver test there is no clicking coming from the injector. I'm thinking maybe the PTU or PTU connectors are at fault, I gave it a prod with a screwdriver just to make sure of a good fit, and the car cut out. Any idea how much a series 2 PTU and 2 X connectors runs at

OK I've put a new injector connector on and thought that solved it, but it seems to start and run OK from cold, and will continue to run OK until you turn off the engine. However once you start it again it misses on 1 cylinder again. After 5 mins it then kicks in again and runs fine. Any ideas :confused:
