  1. haha :D already got one mate an Apexi Avcr. its enough i think lol :D but i want to change other things like the koni suspension ( altho its new ) for a full SPL coilover system, 2.5'' intercooler pipes/different intercoolers, better clutch, cams but it depends on how the car will be really but for now im sure it will be okay : )
  2. when i bought my k sports they came with the standard k sport pads mate and from the standard nissan brakes i had and the k sport ones i dont have that type of fade at all and if you upgrade it front and back you will have a great stopping power mate , just on the fronts it makes a massive difference.
  3. i've got the k-sport's (and from what i've heard they're also the same basically)on the front and its the 330mm 8 pot ones and all i can say is they make a massive massive change in the breaking, you feel much more secure on the car with them .the thing is if you go down the route for the 450bhp you will have the ' problem' of the brakes mate and if you go for the front and back brakes you will have a superb deal on the price and not to mention the great difference it makes. and before i made any big changes to the engine i decided to buy the brakes first too, cause i really hated the standard brakes :(
  4. those look absolutely lovely mate, i love them :cool3:
  5. thanks for the nice feedback mate much appreciated : ) gives a bloody headache but its all worth it when we see the results. its a shame that i couldnt go to JAE really wanted to go :( and indeed about the weather but at least it doesnt rain all the time in the winter lol , really trying to go to the zedworld december meet. i really wanted to have something different hence why i went for this look , i personally love it otherwise i wouldnt have blended all in , i must be a crazy but oh well lol :innocent: still have bigger plans for next year but for now it will be more than enough to have fun :D:D
  6. Hey guys , unfortunately the project had to stop for a few months as i had to go work out of the city but i've been back for two weeks now and i've started on it already , engine is now put back together and in place , here's a few pics and hoping to have it back on the road in two or three sundays time as i only work on it then. The exterior is done apart from the carbon bonnet thats still going back on it and stills needs a good machine polish and a few things here and there. Cant wait to have it back on the road now : ) altho the weather is rubbish now
  7. Great looking tidy example mate (:
  8. Thats a gorgeous looking zed and seems well taken care of with receipts/pics to prove so this zed is only worth 3k? sorry but i dont think so.
  9. thanks for the help mate , but it really has/had to be in london unfortunately :(
  10. Thanks mate that's what my friend said and i was afraid there was no fix tbh :( don't want to respray the bonnet as i like the carbon against the red , i think i might aswell give that a go and later on buy a different type of Cf bonnet , thank you though and nice to see you back on the forum bud !:cool2:
  11. Does anyone know a place in london that can fix a small carbon fibre crack on my bonnet? Haven't been able to find anything  Cheers, Jo

  15. Gt28R turbos : cometic head gaskets 1.2 88mm Oem new oil pump Oem new water pump Oem nissan timing belt Cp piston ring set and Acl main bearing and connecting bearings
  16. here are some pics of the parts , one thing that i intend on doing is changing the intercoolers later on for ashspecs with 2.5 piping but for now it will do the job : ) Intercoolers : Injectors + chip AEM Ems: Hicas eliminator bar Read end tie rods Koni suspension with lowering springs: Lightweight crank pulley : New alternator New starter motor Gauges , however gonna fit it with a new full pillar pod
  17. That looks really really tidy, top work there mate. One of my fave engine's : )
  18. welcome mate
  19. brilliant mate , looks alot better and knowing you did it yourself is a great feeling , tough jobs these are !! well done
  20. i might go if my zed's running by then ( which hopefully will be ) :D
  21. not me mate , only got time to go saturday nights and sundays even though i live around 5-10 mins from it lol
  22. i do everyweek but not now because im rebuilding it . once its back on the road im going there often again : ) not seen many zeds there iirc only two until today. do you go there mate ?
  23. The car was resprayed yesterday Ferrari rosso red, still has to be buffed/polished and alot of small things to be painted like rubbers, scuttle panel etc all in satin black but i chose not to have it buffed and polished yet until i have the engine in , the colour looks alot brighter than the previous one. I cant wait to see it all polished up : ) the wheels are also going to be re-done and gotta fix a small crack on the carbon fibre bonnet that's going back on as i like the contrast with the red/carbon. some pics even though quality isn't that great :
  24. happy birthday mate : )
  25. im rebuilding mine and dont see the point of spraying it as it will get dirty in no time anyways so tbh i think receipts might be the only way mate.
