My son has an Alfa romeo 1.8 Tspark 2001 and its a really good car all around ,he's had it for about 6 to 7 months and hasnt had any problems at all ( i serviced the car when he got it tho ). Imo its a pretty good daily driver and is very good on mpg not to mention the interiors in general are mint, very comfortable aswell. the prices on them are excellent too , he got his for about £1500. if it was me looking for a cheapish daily driver id really think about getting one.

Went to zedworld yesterday to fit my Apexi Avc-R and i must say, it was my second time going there ( the first being chip and boost jets) and i couldnt leave happier than i did !:D First of all when me and my son got there, first thing Lynda did was ask if we wanted a cup of tea , then as it was raining Jamie was a top guy and drove us to a nice local pub as we waited and also offered to pick us up when the car was ready. Then after about 3 hours the car was ready i thought it would've taken longer as Jeff seemed really busy.He did a really good job setting it all up and explaining things properly ,not to mention the price i payed was really really cheap ! i kept on having stupid quotes in london of £350 +vat and dyno :scared:. Then came the fun part of driving back to london and i must say the chip and the boost controller work much much better than with the boost jets , amazing difference it made at 1 bar ! Thought id share with all of you how happy i came back from there haha :D IMO if you havent been there and you're unsure wether or not to i definately wouldnt hesitate , top guys who know their stuff and who couldnt be nicer , thanks alot guys ! :clap:

wow thats alot to make it turbo lol but as richard said its already 276 to 300 bhp so doesnt really need one, i do love the looks tho and they seem nice cars and thanks Maz useful information there had no idea about that :p

good point there richard , would be quite good for a daily runner too and reliable and possibly even better on mpg.but to modify its probably more expensive to modify than the zx ( not sure just assuming because it wouldnt be a small job to convert it turbo)
