  1. mm I'm strugling with the wheel diameter size, as the program for calculating the size from the tyre size only goes as low as 30 series and my car is running with 25 series, unless someone can give me the exact mm diameter for 315/25/19?? richard
  2. hi si , installed the kaspersky, and full set up, its got rid off the url problem, it found 389 problems, which spybot/adaware/adalerter which i just paid for didn,t but my mc ran slow, so i uninstalled, but it migh have been conflicting with my existing anti virus software cheers anyway ,,top man richard
  3. its easy if you have a manual conversion as the inhibitor circuit is already in place you just need to configure it to a relay from the nuetral switch then ur done, safe not for car to start in gear. richard
  4. tried that as well its even stopped me going to restore points, my kids are always on msn, which i think is the biggest culprit for all this shite geting on ffs running out of ideas looks like another re install of winxp ffs

  6. now my pc has gone awol, cant enter a url without it sending me to a gay porn site or anything but the site I want to look at, i bought some adaware and scanned and got loads off in safe mode but it still the same?? any suggestions looked in system 32 folder and couldn't see anything unusal wtf richard
  7. it is no problem wiring it up to the zed with a manual gearbox if you are any good with electrics, I wired mine up and its a cliford G5, THE BEAUTY with the zed gearbox is they have a neutral switch for the ecu, so you can piggyback a relay off this to activate the inhibitor relay circuit of the remote start just like a auto,so basically if ur cars in gear it won't remote start, and also the car won't manually start in gear lol richard
  8. checked spring and its fine even changed for another on still same, there seem to be less resistance on one side for some reason whats the best way to set up the throotle butterflys, is there a minimum opening setting as I couldn't find it in the worshop manual richard
  9. just a question about blow off valve set up, how do you balance the valves so that they work equally, the xs type I have fitted are shimmed with washers, but I noticed that when on idle one side piston could be lifted easily compaired to the other side, and of course I noticed a delay between the two as well.I was wondering if the vacuum supply would alter the tension differently, as One side runs off balance bar and the other direct of manifold, I havent tried swapping vac pipes over to see if it makes any difference if you know what I mean, also since fitting these the car runs shit on over run, jerky, but there is no air leaks, and the dump valves are only working after 7 psi. which suggest more washers to remove .??wtf richard
  10. now I wonder which zed specialist left that knock sensor off ur engine?? probably same bloke who left hanf ue engine bolts missing lmfao
  11. sorry to jump in, but whats the best way to balance the blow offs so they work together, mine are the shimmable type and it seems one side has less resistance on idle than the other , are they normally matched . I was thinking that the throttle butterfly was set differnt causing uneven air to each blow off on idle?? richard
  12. no use of targa either, and i bet there is a lot of stress on joint to targas

  17. yep much better to drop gearbox out, seen as its the easy part of the job, and saves all the alignments to be redonealso it saves you bashing the clutch cover fingerson input shaft when refitting engine to gearbox with gearbox in situ(clutch judder) richard
