My 8v 944 could beat a 2.5 boxter so even a Auto NA can beat them. Only sold it as kept getting my arse kicked by Astra GSI's and Civic Type R's lol

According to a magazine I have at home which pitted a SWB vs a 944S2, they compared very even in terms of performance. You may find it will stuggle against a few rep mobiles like V6 Vectra's, should keep with or beat a 2.5 boxter, will beat any 944 8v. So all in all pretty good.

can get a solid carlton GSI 24v for that, they are fun. Just make sure you find a solid one and not the many polo ones.

wouldnt go for a hothatch, would go for a porker 944 myself, cheap,reliabe,handle well and go prretty good too.

These dont measure in Bar do they? CMHHG or something. Anybody know how to convert whatever they measure in to PSI and Bar?

I can hear the induction, but can also hear the turbo's spinning at full throttle, sounds just like a jet does going down the runway. Deffo not recircs as mine are in the bin lol.

Back of the Aftermerket boost guage was the last one if i remember correct as the hose goes near the peddles and then back into engine bay, i much have caught it with my foot one time, pulling out the hose and then no turbo, took me bloody ages to work out what I had done.

I installed all new hoses to mine and then one popped off causing the same problem.

Worst I saw was a boost guage in an NA Mr2. Mind you it was the Shock Mr2 so you could take your pic of the nasty bits lol.

Do you find you car makes funny noises when at full boost? Mine sounds like ive installed a wind tunnel under the bonnet, might be a boost leak, though i am getting 1 bar boost (at ration 67 (V High) on my Blitz DBSC) Running 0.8 bar and below sounds fine.

sounds like a vacuum hose has come off to me.

i know of one just like that in bristol with a Turbo Engine though.

Rover V8 Ones fit also for the injector plugs.
